What does being kidnapped repeatedly in a dream mean?

I Need to Set Myself Free

Dream 394: Should I Pay the Price?

A woman was repeatedly having dreams about being kidnapped. What could this mean?

Interpretation

The phrase that keeps coming to me is that when you’re kidnapped, you’re being taken to places you don’t want to go. Is your life going in places you don’t want to go? Do you feel that it is being directed by malevolent forces? Do you feel that there is a price to pay (a ransom or money is personal energy in dreams) to get it back on track?

Kidnapping  dreams frequently signal that the dreamer feels a lack of control in life. They may feel they are being pushed around by malevolent forces that demand a price to be paid.  the price is usually personal energy to do something challenging to free yourself.

Dream 392: You Have the Power to Do It

A man had the following dream: “I had a dream recently, Lord Rama came in my dream and asked me what you want? I told Him, “I only need your blessing, My Lord! He touched my forehead with His thumb… Then I woke up.”

My Interpretation

Lord Rama is the Perfect Man with Self Control. He touches your forehead. It might mean that if you use your head and self control, your dreams will come true.

What does losing teeth and crystal meth mean in a dream?

Crystal Meth is not good for your teeth Crystal Meth is not good for your teeth

Dream 332: Get Some Self Control

A young man had a dream that he opened an old toothpaste and brushed his teeth with it. All of his teeth fell out. A female doctor said it’s because when the toothpaste expired it turned into crystal meth.

Interpretation

There is a Spanish belief that when you lose a tooth in a dream, it means that someone is going to die. This is just an extreme form of what I also believe. I believe that when you lose a tooth in a dream, it means that you have lost something personal.

It is a loss you can recover from. It is the way you feel about losing a tooth. You don’t like it, but you will recover. The death of someone close to you is just an extreme form of that.

The first question I would want to ask is whether he has been involved with drug abuse or substance abuse of any kind which. If he has been using, the dream is saying that trying to look good, brush his teeth, will not keep him from losing personal things which could be either relationships or actual things he owns. If he is not using, the dream would be about doing things in a timely way to keep what he has.

The problem is that the warranty expired without him realizing it. The implication is that he should have used the toothpaste before it expired, that he should have done things in a timely manner. So the dream is saying that just trying to look good is not going to be good enough, that he actually has to do things in a timely manner or he’s going to lose many personal items or personal relationships.

Dreams are almost always perfect. It is perfect that it references crystal meth because crystal meth is known to make people lose their teeth.

Dream 270: Learning to Say No

date-rape-drugDream 270: Learn to Say No
A 22-year-old female college sophomore dreamed that a slick and fast talking lawyer was trying to talk her into investing in a dubious deal. She then had the scene of entering a classroom and the students were voting about whether they should each receive an injection of a drug that would hypnotize the recipient. The dream shifted to her at a busy nightclub. Her mother was in one corner of the nightclub urging her to ingest ketamine, the date rape drug. The dreamer was disgusted with her mother’s advice.
Interpretation
The slick lawyer was the embodiment of the Trickster archetype. Archetypes are patterns of thought common in culture that are passed on through human consciousness. The trickster is often a wheeler-dealer manipulator who gets what he wants. The dreamer was influenced too much by tricksters both financially and socially.
The classroom scene emphasized that there were many parts of herself (each character in the dream is a part of the dreamer’s mind) that expressly do not want to be hypnotized or controlled by other. That this occurs in a classroom emphasized that she should not be swayed by others to ignore what she has learned.
The final scene emphasized that her tendency to go along with others wants came from her mother. Mom was excessively giving to the point that she was often used by others with sometimes disaster results. Her disgust was actually a good sign that the dreamer was going to be more careful in social or dating situations.
